- Name (if provided)
- For an application:
- Name and address details
- Telephone number
- Year of birth
- Artist name (if applicable)
- Website and Instagram account (if applicable)
- Bank account number
- Gender (as we aim to promote gender diversity and equality)
- For the newsletter:
- Your data is securely stored and will not be shared for commercial purposes. We may outsource certain tasks to external service providers, with whom we enter into data processing agreements.
- We do not use automated decision-making (AI).
- As an applicant, you have the right to access, amend, or delete your personal data. For applications, we retain data for a minimum period of 7 years.
